Description

Bibag is a single-use, sealed bag filled with dry sodium bicarbonate powder. It’s used in dialysis to generate a dialysate solution.

The bibag is secured to the bibag connector on the hemodialysis machine. The bicarbonate powder is then mixed with water to produce a saturated solution. The bibag attaches to a special connector incorporated into the front of the Hemodialysis Machine. The hemodialysis machine draws dialysis grade water into the bibag to produce a saturated solution of sodium bicarbonate.
