Chitomesh SF Cream 10 gm belongs to a group of medicines called antibiotics used to treat infections of the skin, wounds, bone, heart tissue, lungs, septicaemia (blood infection), impetigo (swollen patches of skin), skin inflammation, and infections connected with the condition cystic fibrosis. Bacterial infections are caused due to the multiplication of harmful bacteria inside or on the body. Chitomesh SF Cream 10 gm does not work against infections caused by the virus, including cold and flu.
