Nebistar 5 Tablet 15’s belongs to the group of medicines called ‘beta-blockers’ used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Nebistar 5 Tablet 15’s is also used to treat mild and moderate heart failure in patients aged 70 years and older in addition to other therapies. High blood pressure is a health condition in which the pressure in the blood vessels is high. The blood exerts elevated pressure on the walls of blood vessels leading to hypertension. Heart failure occurs when the heart isn’t able to pump sufficient blood to the remaining parts of the body.
