The primary ingredient of Nodosis Tablet is available as both oral and parenteral forms. This medicine is used as an antacid which helps in neutralizing stomach acid during indigestion and heartburn. It acts as an alkalinizing agent and used in the treatment of metabolic acidosis resulting from many clinical conditions. It is also indicated in severe diarrhea and in the treatment of certain medicine intoxications to diminish the kidney toxicity.
