Met Xl 100 MG Tablet is used to reduce high blood pressure and relieve chest pain caused due to reduced blood flow to the heart. It is also used for treating other complications associated with the heart and blood vessels. Met  Tablet is a medicine used for treating high blood pressure, heart-related chest pain, abnormal heart rhythms, and chronic (long-term) heart failure. By lowering the blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attack and stroke. Early treatment with this medicine improves the chances of survival in patients of a heart attack. This medicine is also used to prevent migraines. It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines.
