LOCULA 10% DROPS belongs to the class of medication called ‘antibacterial’ primarily used to treat bacterial infections including conjunctivitis/pink eye, skin infections like acne (pimples), seborrheic dermatitis (red, flaking skin rash). Conjunctivitis is the infection of the outer white membrane of the eyeball. This infection is highly contagious in nature and can pass from one to another. Signs and symptoms include pink/red toned eyes, gritty feeling in eyes, itchiness in areas of eyes, teary eyes, and thick discharge around eyes. Acne is a skin condition that occurs when the hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells.
